Back in New York (nearing 90 degrees) and biking to work I was stopped in my tracks by the sight of sunbathers on The Great Lawn. I'll get back to real photography next week!
"If only all blogs were as life-affirming and tender-hearted as that of gallerist James Danziger. Whether his focus falls on the work of an individual artist or a particular theme, The Year in Pictures is compulsive reading."
James Danziger has been involved in photography for a long time.
This blog is a record of photographs (and a few other things) that have captured his attention.

I love that sight. I ride up and around the park all the time and I love it when the warm weather returns and sheep's meadow comes alive
I love Central Park, especially when it is dotted by New York's inhabitants, enjoying the sun. What luxury of having time to celebrate any given day!
get back to real photography? :) just fyi, these last couple posts have been lovely in their own right. :)
Wow, that picture brought back so many memories. The second the sun comes out it seems like everyone in the City heads to the Great Lawn.
Thanks for sharing!
